Just chat, recall old best memories or talk about your mutual interest, about their present life.
2) Share your feelings with someone you trust the most
If you still have strong negative feelings and thoughts, please share those thoughts, feelings, problems with someone whom you trust most. And don't feel guilty or scared of sharing your thoughts later. Just forget it. According to you, you believed them. Don't think too much about the consequences in a negative way.

Start walking alone or with your beloved. Stay away from that place where you got that negative and strong emotion.
5) Recall old good memories and start writing them in your diary
Start writing your old and most cherishable moments those made you and you're beloved feel proud and happy. Re-live with those old memories.
6) Recognise and manage your emotion
Try to understand your thoughts
Are negative, positive, Good, bad, Avoidable, unavoidable, Pathetic, resolvable or Unresolvable?. Hence writing down in your diary and try to write down some possible solutions too.
7) Remember your family members.
Call them up, if possible make a video call. They are the people who cry for you. Supported you in all ups and downs of your life. They are the people who just want to see you happy.

9) Change your routine

If you have been reading non-fictional, self-help books, now start reading fictional books. If you the person who never like to watch a movie, start watching them.
10) Exercise, Yoga, Food, Water

We should learn to swim, Even before the flood hits. Don't wait for troubles to reach you to handle them, simulate with emotions of people around. Be empathetic, the emptiness of life is to be experienced at one point or the other. Structure your thoughts, observe them every now and then. Don't forget to pamper yourselves.
